What Do You Get with a Professional Website?
A professional website project includes more than code. At Artwelve, the process brings together three homepage concepts, custom development, business content, technical SEO and deployment — with the scope agreed before work starts.

Working with Artwelve means getting a defined process for the website, from the first discussion to launch. We start by understanding the business, its customers and the purpose of the site. Then we agree the structure, content scope, technical requirements and what needs to be ready for publication.
1. A website built around an agreed scope
We discuss the company’s offer, audience and goals before implementation. Together we map the key pages, calls to action, materials and any required functionality. This makes the deliverable clearer and helps surface dependencies before development begins.
The final scope is confirmed with the client. The number of pages, content pieces and any additional functionality depend on the project requirements; they should be written down rather than assumed.
2. Three homepage concepts
We prepare three distinct visual concepts for the homepage. These are different directions for presenting the business, not three finished websites or minor colour variations. The client chooses a direction, we agree any adjustments, and then we begin implementation.
The selected direction is adapted to the brand and mobile screens. This gives the client a chance to review the visual approach before it becomes a working website.
3. Custom development and room to grow
Our web stack combines Symfony, Next.js and PostgreSQL. Symfony handles server-side application logic, while Next.js powers the website interface. This architecture can support custom functionality and future integrations when they are part of the agreed requirements.
The framework alone does not guarantee speed, security, or search performance. Those depend on implementation, content, infrastructure, testing and ongoing maintenance. We choose the technical approach to fit the actual project.
4. Content and technical SEO
We prepare information about the company and its services, plus SEO articles that answer relevant customer questions. Topics and the number of articles are agreed before work begins, and the client verifies business facts.
Technical SEO includes semantic HTML, page metadata, canonical URLs, sitemap.xml, robots.txt and suitable JSON-LD structured data. We can also configure Google Search Console when the required access is available. These foundations help search engines interpret the site; they do not guarantee rankings, traffic or indexing.
5. Deployment and next steps
We deploy the agreed website, test the contact form and hand over access. After launch, Search Console can help monitor indexing, impressions, clicks and queries. Further content and improvements can be planned using this data within a separately agreed support scope.
A live website is the start of its online presence. Helpful content, clear service pages and consistent technical maintenance all contribute to its ongoing development.
6. What is scoped separately?
Some services depend on external providers or add significant project requirements. Server subscriptions, paid third-party services, CRM or ERP integrations, and ongoing support are scoped separately. We confirm what is included in the specific proposal before work begins.
If you are planning a business website, start by describing your audience, services, content needs and any systems the site must connect to.
